Terms & Conditions for the use of One Link Limited's on-line service Interactive
Access to, and use of, One Link Limited's on-line service Interactive is subject to a separate agreement. By accessing this website and any webpages thereof, you acknowledge your agreement that its terms shall apply to each transaction performed via this website.
Neither One Link Limited nor any of its affiliated companies shall be liable for any damage suffered by the customer due to (i) technical faults, non-availability or interruptions in service (including maintenance work required by the system), or (ii) overloads affecting its own systems, or (iii) the misuse of the service by any employee of the customer not authorized to use the service.
Neither One Link Limited nor any of its affiliated companies shall be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost profits (even if One Link Limited is expressly advised of the possibility thereof). One Link Limited and its affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses that may be caused to any equipment and other software, including but not limited to loss of data, due to any viruses, defects or malfunctions in connection with the access or use of Interactive.
All business transactions (eg. orders) executed by One Link Limited and its affiliated companies shall be exclusively governed by the applicable terms of the applicable transportation agreement(s) and/or the applicable Standard Trading Conditions (STC) which exclude or limit the liability of One Link Limited in certain circumstances. The applicable One Link Limited are available from your next One Link Limited office.
